Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products are not eligible for return.
- Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale” on the product page cannot be returned.
Return Process:
1. Contact Us: Initiate a return by emailing us at order.invitri@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions, including the return shipping address.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process.
2. Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Items may be exchanged for a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
- Exchanges must meet the same conditions as returns (unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached).
Exchange Process:
1. Contact Us To request an exchange, email us at order.invitri@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
2. Approval: After approval, ship the item back to us using the return instructions provided.
3. Replacement Item: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the new item to you. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.
3. Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are only issued for items returned within the eligible return period and in compliance with our return conditions.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refund Process:
1. Return Inspection Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
2. Refund Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
3. Refund Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Final sale items, gift cards, and any personalized or custom items are not eligible for refunds.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs and any associated fees (such as customs duties) are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days of approval:
- Check your bank account and credit card statements.
- Contact your credit card company or bank as processing times may vary.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at order.invitri@gmail.com Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Exceptions to Our Policy
Items that do not meet our return conditions (e.g., worn, damaged, or returned after the return window) may not be accepted or may incur a restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we believe the policy is being abused.
